Notes: very raspy voice, and tends to mutter when there isn’t much noise. Avoids open spaces as best he can, or will cling to walls and the ceiling. His old navy badges still seem to be well polished, and takes great care of them

Appearance
Wretch, is a ghastly sight to even those of chaos’s disposition. Exposed to the Warp during a gellar field failure, the Wretch has undergone significant mutations. Standing with a clear hunch on their back, despite their efforts to stand up straight, along with the horrific state of their face, it is clear to anyone that Wretch is a mutant. Covered in a near threadbare naval jumpsuit and naval cap, along with hand and foot wraps, and belts of tools and parts. On his lapels, a small makeshift symbol of his current boss, Vinz Kellam. Wretch is very pale, due mostly to a life spent on void craft, and has deep sunken eyes that shine an oily green. Other than that most of their body is covered or concealed to hide the extent of his mutations, including the gauze patch on the right side of his face to hide his extra eyes.
Mutations
Most of Wretch’s mutations are minor, with leathery scaly skin in places, sharp fanged teeth, jagged claws on the hands and feet, and a growth of two blind extra eyes on the right side of his face. Major mutations are as follows.
Twisted Spine: the wretch’s spine has grown twisted and bends around far more than originally, giving him a hunched figure. Small ridges and spikes grow out from this, protruding from his back, posing a danger to grapplers.
Grasping Claws: the feet and hands of this creature have become capable of grasping and holding on to surfaces, strong enough to allow them to clamber around on walls and ceilings with relative ease thanks to their clawed nature.
History
Wretch has little in the way of background, as even he’s forgotten much of it, but what he does remember is being born and raised in an imperial star vessel, where he lived in the lower decks with his family for years, doing routine maintenance and work as was his family's job. Due to a warp jump into the Haven System, and a failure of the Gellar Field, Wretch was momentarily overcome by the powers of the Warp and was mutated extensively, as was much of the crew in the lower decks. Somehow the Wretch survived the ships purging, and managed to jump ship, ending up on Havens Garden by sheer chance. Since then he has spent much time working for the cults of chaos, shifting loyalties for continued survival as most find him too repugnant and a stark reminder of the powers they deal with. Having a skill for the mechanical and by being quite stealthy, he has survived many encounters by selling his talents or avoiding contact all together.
Personality
Wretch is a very bleak and spiteful individual, mostly because of his mutated disposition, but also due to his past. His position of a menial work has made him vengeful to the Imperium, who he blames for his family's death due to a failed Gellar Field. While he would not be called aggressive by many, he works best in the shadows and unseen, slowly moving around till it’s time to strike. He also prefers solitude, but often gets called to do work on weapons and gear by those who know about his skills. Generally easily cowed by threats of violence, he would rather be left to do his work than forced to fight, or stick a sharpened pipe into the back of the person bullying him.
