Name: Meldrop Billingsgate
Gender: Male
Species: Mutant Human
Age: 49
Height: 6'9''
Weight: 472lbs
Allegiance: Chaos; Nurgle; Reclaimer Renegades
Rank/Occupation: Captain
Born: Hive Primus, Vorgoth
Languages Spoken: Low Gothic (Vorgoth Local Dialect, Traitor Battle Cant), High Gothic
Appearance: A huge and bloated man, nearly spherical, mutated by the touch of the grandfather. He is hairless, and his skin has a sickly green pallor. A pair of curved horns crown his head, and his mouth stretches horribly wide like a shark's. He wears the rich green dress uniform of an officer, fouled by his constant secretions to be blotchy and faded, and a heavy black leather greatcoat, similarly besmirched.
History: Born in the smog-choked Hive World of Vorgoth, Billingsgate was raised under the banner of chaos. The Hives of Vorgoth payed tribute to the Death Guard Traitor Legion, and raised armies to follow in the astartes' trail. He had a relatively peaceful youth, studying as an apprentice scholar until the military tithes pulled him in. His ability to read and write marked him out from the rest of the hive scum for officer training.
He was always fairly portly, but his campaigns with the Death Guard began his transformation to a truly monstrous mutant.
Personality: His permanent shark's grin gives a sinister cast to his usual geniality. Genuinely kind and thoughtful are unusual traits for a high ranking follower of the dark gods, but Billingsgate cares deeply for the men, women, and monsters in his charge. This attitude does not extend to foes in battle, but he insists on the good treatment of prisoners his regiment takes, ensuring they are given adequate quarters, food, and plenty of chances to embrace the gifts of Nurgle.
He laughs often, is fond of playing pranks and telling jokes, and collects pets (though his aura of pestilence generally kills them before long).

Characteristics:
High Concept: Magnificent Bastard- A tactical prodigy with a breadth of experience to back it up.

Staff Sergeant Augustine Helgart- Captain’s Aide
In sharp contrast to Billingsgate, SSG Helgart in a minuscule man, barely four feet tall. He has huge, watery eyes that always seem on the verge of tears, and an untidy tangle of pale blonde hair held back in a ponytail. He is constantly scurrying around the in Captain’s wake, filling out forms and scheduling.
He has a Laspistol and a ceremonial dagger, but has never used either of them in anger.
